3. Account Registration and Security

Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods on the cvk33 platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities. Players must ensure that any payment method used to deposit is registered in their own name and that they are the authorised account holder.

5. Bonuses and Promotions
cvk33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Bangladesh Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:
- Each bonus offer has specific wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated at the time each bonus is offered.

- Free spin bonuses are valid only on the specific game or games stated in the promotional offer. Winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion.
cvk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already claimed and are actively meeting the wagering requirements of a bonus will be permitted to continue until the requirement is met or the bonus expires, whichever comes first.
6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
cvk33 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cvk33 platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:
- Using any software, script, bot, AI tool, or automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players, including automated betting, screen scraping, or odds harvesting.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting strategies in sports markets.

8. Intellectual Property

10. Amendments and Governing Terms

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cvk33 with respect to your use of the platform. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
